1. There Is A Child At The Door
         This presentation provides information for beginning administrators including a discussion on visionary leadership; the importance of ethics; schools as communities; and promoting student achievement for all. The presentation includes a simulation that holds participants accountable for making the right decisions on behalf of students. 

2. Eliminating the Achievement Gap  
      What we believe has everything to do with how we behave. This presentation will discuss the theory of action versus the theory of practice as a leverage to create change in the achievement gap. Discussion will include the dynamics of leadership, culture and climate and creating powerful sustaining change.  

3. Emerging Administrators
         The major focus of this presentation is on what it takes to become a leader. Understanding the political, social, and educational components of leadership and how they are managed within a code of ethics.
